They are as follows: Returns Policy · Exchanges or refunds will be processed once the original item is returned to the warehouse and inspected, depending on the item we are selling a detailed report including pictures will be created before shipping. · If an item does not function properly or is different as described, please contact us, within 48 hours of receipt and we will make arrangements to exchange the product. If an item is not available, we will refund your total payment. · Shipping fees will not be reimbursed for shipments refusals. · If a return happen because the carrier made the maximum attempts and not did succeed, the fee charged to us will be deducted from the processed refund after we receive the package. Shipping Info · We ship all orders within 1 – 2 business days after payment clears. · We choose the shipping carrier otherwise we are contacted for a specific carrier (USPS or UPS). · We only ship to locations within the contiguous United States (48 mainland states). · We ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, subject to an insurance request depending on the item. · We combine the shipments for multiple purchases, otherwise someone requested to do separate. · We accept pick-ups once we are contacted for an arrangement, we choose only public places, and we don’t do it in isolated places or fallow any suggestions. · Depending on the item, they can be wrapped on bubble wrap, paper, Styrofoam or molded cardboard. · In case you receive any opened package, please, refuse that package and contact us the sooner you can, that way you will not be responsible for any missing item or damage package. · All items must be shipped to the billing address of the PayPal confirmed address used for purchase.
